Whom can I contact with questions about my bill or statement?

If you have a question regarding your bill, please call us at 919-560-7665, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with any questions or concerns you may have about your bill.

How do I pay my bill?

Please visit Public Health registration office on the first floor of the Durham County Human Services Building and to pay your bill.

What about sliding fee scale?

Our sliding-fee program allows reduction or "sliding" of the fees for services. Guest fees are assessed according to the rules and regulations of each program and the recommended Program’s Poverty Level Scale (Sliding Fee Scale) will be used to determine fees for all programs. The guest will bring proof of income to participate in the sliding fee scale, otherwise they will be charged 100% on the sliding fee scale. All accepted third-party insurances are billed where applicable.
